Too tired to exercise

It happened. Saturday, in Lifebarre class, it hit me: I want to be here syndrome. I was using every excuse in my head: I’m hungry, I’m tired, I can’t lift these 3lb weights. Augh. What a mindset.

There are times your mind will confiscate your workout. No fun. When it happens, recognize what is happening. Give yourself grace. Show up for yourself and do the best you can. It’s OK if 3 lbs are too heavy one day and you can totally rock 10lbs the next. Honor and grace go a long way when dealing with an off mindset.

You can do this! Give it your all no matter how you are feeling at the moment. At least you show up for yourself.
